RETURNS

  At Gerber Knives And Tools we try hard to maintain great customer satisfaction levels.
  Communications is a large part of this so please read the following carefully and if you have any questions please feel free to contact us at customerservice@geberknivesandtools.com   

  Gerber Knives And Tools must be notified within 24 hours after receipt of all damaged goods or shortages. 

  Contact the Gerber Knives And Tools Customer Service Department at customerservice@geberknivesandtools.com  for a return authorization number (RA#)

and a return address  before returning the product.

  

RETURNS 

  Please note that the following items may not be returned:

      Discontinued items or Special Order items.
      Items not purchased from Gerber Knives And Tools.
      Open units; Units that require re-boxing, or units in an unsuitable resale condition.
      Items which have undergone revisions without being assigned a new part # by the Manufacturer.

 

 After 7 days Gerber Knives And Tools reserves the right to require the purchaser to return the defective goods directly to the manufacturer for replacement. 

  All returns must have the complete Return Authorization # (RA#) prominently displayed on the shipping label in order to be received into our warehouse. If the RA# is not visible, your shipment may be refused.

  DO NOT place shipping labels or write RA#'s on the outside of the manufacturer's boxes, as products must be in a resalable condition in order for you to receive credit. Re-box all returns in appropriate shipping cartons. All original packaging and materials must be returned with the product. 
  

  All non-defective items returned are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
